The Italian Social Welfare Organisation of Wollongong (ItSoWel) is a non-profit community organisation committed to the delivery of services to the frail aged, persons with a disability and their carers, from an Italian speaking background.
The Italian Social Welfare Organisation of Wollongong (ItSoWel) is proud of its over 25 years of service to the Italo-Australian community.
We are a non-profit community organisation directed by a voluntary Management Committee which is elected annually.
The majority of the Organisation's services are funded by a combination of State and Federal Government grants, fees from service recipients and fundraising activities.
The Organisation is committed to the delivery of services to the frail aged, persons with a disability and their carers, from an Italian speaking background, including the promotion of Italian culture, language and heritage.
